EmpowerHER Counseling Program 

- Objectives: Provide tailored counseling services for Black women addressing trauma, abuse, and empowerment. 

- Summary: A comprehensive mental health support program tailored to the unique experiences of Black women, fostering resilience and empowerment. 

- Activities: Individual and group counseling, trauma-informed therapy sessions, empowerment workshops. 

- Expected Outcome: Improved mental well-being, increased self-esteem, and enhanced coping skills among Black women participants. 

- Target Group: Black women and girls who have experienced trauma and abuse. 

TechNurture: IT Empowerment Program 

- Objectives: Empower Black individuals with IT skills for enhanced career opportunities and economic independence. 

- Summary: Training program focused on IT skills, providing avenues for employment and entrepreneurship. 

- Activities: IT training modules, partnership with tech companies for internships, mentorship sessions. 

- Expected Outcome: Increased employability, enhanced entrepreneurial skills, and economic self- sufficiency. 

- Target Group: Black individuals seeking IT skills and career opportunities. 

Entrepreneurial Spark: Business Start-up Support 

- Objectives: Provide resources and mentorship to Black entrepreneurs for business establishment. 

- Summary: Support program for aspiring Black entrepreneurs, offering resources and guidance. 

- Activities: Entrepreneurial workshops, resource allocation, mentorship by successful business owners. 

- Expected Outcome: Increased number of Black-owned businesses, economic empowerment. 

- Target Group: Black individuals with entrepreneurial aspirations 

Breaking Barriers Workshops 

- Objectives: Address systemic issues like racism and gender inequality through education and dialogue.

- Summary: Workshop series tackling topics such as systemic racism, gender-based challenges, and social barriers. 

- Activities: Interactive workshops, panel discussions, community dialogues.

Sisterhood Support Network

Youth Empowerment through Education (YETE) Program 

- Objectives: Provide educational support for Black youth, addressing disparities in education.

- Activities: Tutoring sessions, scholarship assistance, career guidance. 

- Expected Outcome: Improved educational outcomes, increased access to opportunities for Black youth.

Senior Wisdom Circle

- Objectives: Address the unique needs of elderly Black individuals, fostering community and well- being. 

- Summary: Program offering social activities, counseling, and support for elderly Black community members. 

- Activities:Social gatherings, counseling sessions, wellness workshops. 

- Expected Outcome: Enhanced well-being, reduced isolation, and strengthened community bonds among elderly Black individuals.

Financial Empowerment Bootcamp 

- Objectives: Provide financial literacy and empowerment training for economic independence. 

- Summary: Bootcamp-style program focusing on financial education, budgeting, and investment basics.

Arts and Expression Platform

TechExplorers Youth Program
